The excursion starts in the early afternoon from the centre of Florence. Destination: The Casa del Chianti Classico. Upon the arrival, there will be a welcome brief with an introduction at the place and its history and afterwards, with a glass of wine in the hand, the real unique and fun sensory experience will start. It will help you to know better and appreciate the Chianti Classico, learn how to taste it and understand its countless facets. Doing a bit of trekking (about 30 minutes), going down and up the hills, passing through the rows of vineyards, you will then reach the winery to discover all the winemaking processes. Back to the house, a tasty dinner with local products will be waiting for you accompanied by a wine tasting. The return to Florence is scheduled between 21.30 and 22.00.
