Chicago Segway Tour

The Experience

Discover the 'Windy City' on this 3 hour Chicago Segway Tour. You will be led by a knowledgeable guide who will tell you interesting facts and stories about the places you may have seen in the movies and on postcards. The places you will visit on the Segway tour are:

• The Field Museum
• Adler Planetarium
• Grant Park
• Millennium Park
• Shedd Aquarium and Oceanarium
• Soldier Field
• The Lakefront/Monroe Harbor
• Chicago's Skyscrapers

All of these places are steeped in history. This is sure to be a tour you will never forget.

Vital Information

All tour participants must be at least 16 years of age to participate.All minors between the ages of 16 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while on tour. Due to the mechanical limitations of the Segway, every guests must weigh no less than 100 pounds (45 kilograms) and no more than 260 pounds (118 kilograms). Due to the risk to both mother and child, pregnant women are not allowed to participate on Segway tours. Guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour departure time in order to complete necessary paperwork. Every guest will be required to complete and sign a liability waiver form. One damage authorization form is required per party on the day of the reservation. City Segway Tours will maintain one credit card on file per party on the day of the reservation. Please bring a MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express with you for this requirement. The card will not be charged unless the Segway is damaged on tour. The credit card information will be deleted immediately upon completion of a damage-free tour.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be offered if a reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled tour departure time. Refunds will not be offered for any reason within 72 hours (3 days) of the scheduled tour departure.Tours may be rescheduled only if a reschedule request is received more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled tour departure time.  No reservation may be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, including, but not limited to, weather, change of travel plans, missed travel connections, or illness, within 72 hours of the scheduled tour departure time without forfeiture of the full tour price.

The Weather

All Segway tours run in rain or shine.

Session Length

Your tour will last for approximately three hours.

Numbers

This voucher is valid for one person to take the tour. Tours operate in groups of 8 people per tour guide.

Spectators

Spectators are not allowed, anyone wishing to join you should hold a valid voucher.

What To Wear

We advise you to dress suitably for the weather. 

Availability

Tours operate 7 days a week at 10am and 2pm from 1 April to 31 October .
